An exhibition as part of transmedia project ‘Earthbound – Surfing the Apocalypse’ will be opening on October 15th at the Tromsø Gallery of Contemporary Art. The exhibition will include the new pieces ‘Powerstructure’ and the series ‘Irretrievable Information’, plus installations ‘Elsewhere’ and ‘Pong’.
You will be able to communicate with ‘Powerstructure’ through its Twitter account – username @eye_live, or through its Facebook account. The exhibition will be up until November 21st, and the opening performance will be streamed live online – more details on where to see it will be posted here soon. On the opening night there will also be a party at the Café des Beaux Arts with Bjørn Torske DJ’ing.
The ‘virtual soundtrack’ of the project will be out digitally on Monday October 18th with a limited CD run following in November. Get it at your online outlet of choice, for example at Amazon, who also sell the Kindle edition of the book.
Remember to also grab a copy of the very limited vinyl 12-inch run of PM’s ‘Earthbeat’ / ‘Lazer Ray’ from Juno Records before it sells out.
